Pleasant Hill Redevelopment Agency

The Pleasant Hill Redevelopment Agency is a special municipal corporation formed under California law for the purpose of redeveloping approximately 300 acres of land in the central portion of the City.

The Agency is authorized to review and analyze areas for development projects in Pleasant Hill for the purpose of eliminating blight and enhancing new construction in designated redevelopment areas.




Board of Directors
Headed by the Redevelopment Programs Administrator, the City Council serves as the Board of Directors of the Agency and the City Manager serves as the Executive Director.


Meeting Information
Members of the City Council meet as the Redevelopment Agency on the first and third Mondays of each month at 7:30 pm in the Council Chambers of the Pleasant Hill City Hall, 100 Gregory Lane.
