[ARCHIVED] Capital Improvement Program - General Plan Conformance


The City of Pleasant Hill Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on the proposed City of Pleasant Hill’s FY 2020/2025 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) for Fiscal Years 2020/2025 to determine conformance with the City of Pleasant Hill General Plan. The CIP includes a range of roadway improvements, maintenance of public facilities projects, storm water drainage improvements, and other miscellaneous projects including a new city library. The proposed projects are located throughout the City of Pleasant Hill.

Please note that due to the Contra Costa Health Services and State of California Shelter in Place Orders, options for observing the Planning Commission meeting and for submitting communication regarding the meetings have changed. The Planning Commission will participate remotely via teleconferencing.

The Public Hearing will be held by the Planning Commission at the Special Start Time of 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 26, 2020, via Teleconferencing.  More information on how to participate, including providing live comments during the meeting will be provided on the posted Planning Commission Agenda.  The public notice can be viewed HERE.
