The City of Pleasant Hill Architectural Review Commission and Planning Commission will review a request by Bates-Stringer, applicant, to consider planning application PLN 15-0339 which includes a General Plan Amendment, Major Subdivision, Development Plan, Rezoning, Planned Unit Development (PUD) Concept Plan/Development Plan and Architectural Review Permits. Both Commissions will be making recommendations on the proposed project for the City Council’s consideration on a future hearing date. The City Council will make the final decision(s) on the project. The project includes 44 new residential residences, ranging in size from 1,820 s.f. to 2,271 s.f. with attached two car garages on parcel sizes ranging from 1,530 s.f. to 2,035 s.f. The project will also include nine secondary dwelling units. The proposed density would be 19.88 dwelling units per acre, with 31 guest parking spaces and 11,241 s.f. of common open space on a 3.34 acre site.
