Proposed Zoning Ordinance Amendment - Accessory and Junior Accessory Dwelling Units

The City of Pleasant Hill Planning Commission will consider a recommendation to the City Council for a proposed ordinance amendment related to accessory (secondary) dwelling units and to add provisions for junior accessory dwelling units to the zoning ordinance (Section 18.20.100). The proposed amendment is intended to ensure compliance with recent changes made to State laws pertaining to development of accessory and junior accessory dwelling units and associated provisions related to parking, design and development standards.  The Planning Commission will hold a special meeting on January 31, 2017at 6:30P.M., at the City of Pleasant Hill City Council Chambers.
