Overview


It is the City’s policy to:
  • Establish efficient procedures for the purchase of goods and general services at the lowest possible cost commensurate with quality needed
  • Exercise positive financial control over purchases
  • Clearly define authority for the purchasing function
  • Assure the quality of purchases
The City of Pleasant Hill uses a centralized purchasing process within the Finance Department.
