Citizens Academy

The Pleasant Hill Citizens Academy is typically a five or six week program designed to inform and educate residents about the various roles and responsibilities of each City Department; City Council decision making and the legislative process at the local level; opportunities to volunteer with City Commissions and Committees; and how the budget process works.
