City Council Review of Bid Results


It is tentatively planned for the City of Pleasant Hill's City Council to review bid results for possible award of a construction contract for the CONTRA COSTA BOULEVARD IMPROVEMENT PROJECT (HARRIET DRIVE – BETH/DORAY DRIVE)PROJECT NO. 03-16 - FEDERAL PROJECT NO. ATPHSIP-5375(032) at their 7:30 P.M. meeting on July 18, 2016 at City Hall.

NOTICE IS GIVEN that sealed bids will be received at the Engineering Division at the City of Pleasant Hill, 100 Gregory Lane, Pleasant Hill, CA 94523, for the CONTRA COSTA BOULEVARD IMPROVEMENT PROJECT (HARRIET DRIVE – BETH/DORAY DRIVE)PROJECT NO. 03-16 - FEDERAL PROJECT NO. ATPHSIP-5375(032).

TIME AND DATE OF BID OPENING: sealed bids will be received at the Engineering Division Counter until 10:00 A.M. on June 29, 2016 at which time they will be publicly opened and read. Sealed envelopes containing bid documents shall be marked on the outside clearly indicating "Bid for Contra Costa Boulevard Improvement Project (Harriet Drive – Beth/Doray Drive)".

BID DOCUMENTS, including Project Specifications and Proposal Forms for bidding are available at the Pleasant Hill Engineering Division, 100 Gregory Lane, Pleasant Hill, California. The Bid Documents may be obtained for a non-refundable fee of $65.00 PER SET. Technical Questions should be directed to the office of the Director of Public Works and Community Development, telephone (925) 671-5251 and Shawn Knapp, Associate Engineer.

The Bid Documents may be viewed on or after June 1, 2016 at the office of the Engineering Division at the City of Pleasant Hill webpage projects under bid and on an open plan room policy at exchanges listed in the NOTICE TO BIDDERS (please click).
